you are in Punta Sabbioni, here the boat to Venice
is leaving every half hour.
This is an occasion not just to see Venice but also
the beautiful Laguna of Venice.
From
Punta Sabbioni take the ferries of ACTV nr. 14 to
Venice-SanMarco, with an intermediate stop in Lido
di Venezia (Venice's beach, with the casino in summer
period).
Ferries arrive near San Marco Square, the heart of
the city . from here you can coatch the boats to all
directions: Canal Grande, San Giorgio and Giudecca,
Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia , the railway station,
Murano, Burano, Torcello…
From
Punta Sabbioni and Treporti leave the motorboats line
12 to the islands Burano (famous for his laces and coulored
houses), Torcello (the first inhabitet island of the
laggon with its two bizantine Churches), Murano(famous
for the production of glass) and Fondamente Nuove in
Venice.
